Course Overview

As we all know, the world is constantly changing, as are the needs of employees and their organisations. The role of a Training Analyst has become increasingly important in ensuring that employees receive the training they need to perform their jobs effectively.

During the 5-day interactive of The Training Analyst, the participants will explore the critical components of the training analysis process, including conducting needs assessments, developing training goals, and analysing the target audience. They will also learn the importance of designing effective training programs, data collection and analysis, implementation and delivery of training, and evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs.
