Course Overview

The success of any business depends upon the strength and skills of its people. For people to be at their best, they need to be included and feel a sense of belonging. The Inclusive Leadership training course provides an opportunity to dive deep into inclusive leadership, exploring how to create a psychologically safe space, modelling an open environment through radical candour and understanding the impact of a leader’s micro-behaviours. To understand what inclusive leadership entails and the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace, participants will have the opportunity to discover all the increase-in-demand behaviours that inclusive leaders demonstrate and model.

Step away from traditional classroom sessions and step into an immersive learning environment. The training course will bring inclusive leadership to life through interactive group discussions and gamification. The course will introduce a number of case studies to investigate how successful organisations create an inclusive workplace. Expect to enter a highly interactive climate where participants continually challenge and coach each other to greatness. With the latest in neuroscientific research, behavioural science, and best practice, we explore all the elements of inclusive leadership that will provide the participants with the technical, practical, and actionable skills to be the most inclusive leader they can be.
