Course Overview

This 5-day interactive Procurement Management Professional training course covers the end-to-end responsibilities of sourcing goods and services required by an organisation. The procurement management process will follow the business fulfilment cycle from request for Information to contract closeout, addressing award, receipt, inspection and approval of goods and services received from suppliers.

The cycle will touch on the various tools and techniques the professional will have and be required to follow to achieve the prime directive, on-time delivery of ordered goods or services. These will cover a range of responsibilities, including negotiation, supplier positioning, selection, and management, KPI performance measurement.
