We reserve the right to every content on the website and any course materials. You must agree not to duplicate, reproduce, copy or resell any portion of the courses or services, without written permission from us.

We are not responsible for any misinformation or incomplete information on the website. This website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon entirely without consulting for accuracy or timely information.

We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any services without notice at any time at our sole discretion.

Products and Services

Certain products or courses are limited, but not obligated, to geographic region, individuals or institutions. We do not warrant that the quality of any services you purchase will meet your expectations.

Registration

Registration for any program will be outlined in the instructions provided in the Registration section of the website, www.newagelearning.com.

We encourage you to register early because seats are subject to availability. Your course enrolment is confirmed only by the payment of the fee with details including email address and phone number in order to receive a confirmation when the registration has been processed. You agree upon providing accurate purchase and account information to complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

We reserve the right to cancel any courses you purchase. If we make changes or reschedule, you will be notified via email or phone number.

Attendance

The delegate should attend at least 80% of the scheduled class to meet the evaluation criteria to receive the Certificate of Completion.

Payment 

Participants enrolling in a course must pay the full amount at the time of registration. The fees may include meals, beverages and/ or lodging if mentioned in the description. Payments may be made by digital or physical methods. Participants can use the Tabby payment app in countries such as Bahrain, Kuwait and the UAE.

Refund/Return 

We always strive to offer exceptional learning experiences to our customers. As with any digital or physical enrolment and purchase of the course, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund and Cancellation Policy. When you pay for a course, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions covered below:

    1. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that you may change your mind or be unable to attend the session on the dates, and that is why you can request a complete refund. Contact our team at [email protected] to cancel your registration.

Newage will offer a refund on the following terms:

1. If you cannot attend the training and inform us at least two weeks before the course begins.

2. In case of cancellation or delay in training delivery, refunds will be processed.

Newage will not refund under the following terms:

1. If any delegate does not attend or show up for the training without notifying our team.

2. If the refund is raised within the deadline mentioned above.

   2. Payment of Refund

All refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the refund request. Tax amount of the fee will be deducted if the Tax Invoice is issued.
