Course Overview

This 5-day interactive Supply Chain Best Practices training course will cover what could be understood and applied best in class processes and practices within the organisation. Supply Chain best practices cover the end-to-end identification and application of various activities vital to an organisation’s efficient management and running, from upstream (raw materials sourcing) to downstream (delivery to the end customer). Efficient supply chains will win business. Understanding and acknowledging this will significantly assist with successful application and ongoing market leadership.

An end-to-end supply chain has three major elements: Stage 1 (Raw Materials); Stage 2 (Transformation); Stage 3 (Tertiary) that, when combined seamlessly and effectively and using best-in-class, trustworthy ERP systems, can provide the organisation with a competitive advantage over its competition and at the same time protect profitability.

It will provide the participants with knowledge and understanding of the organisation of that flow. This training programme will equip the participants with the knowledge to identify the constituent elements of a supply chain system that addresses the needs of their organisation and, from this basis, continue to identify ongoing efficiencies complementing both their organisation’s success and, more particularly, their career ambitions irrespective of, which industry segment or sector they may choose.
