Course Overview

It’s very important, due to the new connected world we are living in, to understand what is supply chain management & logistics as this is the backbone of any organisation and operation. It doesn’t have a specific shape or form as it is tailored according to any operation and organisation; understanding the supply chain and logistics concepts will lead the participant to support and enhance their current operation either in projects or at tender stages as they will be overseeing different internal and external needs and requirement. The participants will be able to anticipate, plan, and know the keys to this world.

Supply Chain and Logistics are two different terminologies, and there are many more like Planning, production, procurement, transport…etc. Therefore, this Logistics & Supply Chain Management training course is designed to give the participants a helicopter view of the global supply chain and logistics management to enhance their knowledge and area of expertise in different fields of this exciting field as at the end of this training either they are expert in the field or new and want to shift career to the supply chain and logistics world either they will build upon experience and former studies including include life experience within different areas in supply chain or will build up and gain new knowledge through transferring this experience and information during the course.
