Course Overview

What got your organisation to where it is today may need to be improved to get it where it needs to be tomorrow. The need for business agility is ever more prevalent as each year passes. Possessing the ability to respond to disruptive competitors, adapt to changing customer expectations (internal and external), adjust to market shifts and capitalise on opportunities first requires fundamental changes within an organisation’s processes and mindset.

Challenging our current practices with evidenced-based information and data assists in significantly reducing decisions based on assumptions and unconscious bias. Learning how to apply all skills demanded of an effective Leader ensures the non-negotiable mindset shift required to sustain relentless improvement in today’s challenging and competitive climate. Focusing on and around value-driven behaviours and having a deeper understanding of our customers and their needs starts to break down the ineffective departmental silo mentality. It enhances our ability to ‘think as a whole’ and truly deliver excellence throughout our end-to-end processes.

Systemic Thinking is increasingly needed in the corporate world as we need leaders to go beyond problem-solving and be able to create a positive and sustainable vision for the future. Developing leadership’s ability to apply systems thinking in the corporate context will impact personal and professional relationships as feedback is fair and functional, as will the decisions being made.
