Course Overview

Teamwork is an innate skill for human being. Just as it was, and still, one of the most important survival skills since the beginning of time, it is also an essential requirement for the success and survival of any organization. On the contrary, the absent of this trait of survival may result to the extinction of an organization.

Great teams don’t “just happen.” It takes lots of focussed effort for individuals to become one group and perform at its best. Just think of your favourite sport team as they play at their best and win big! Most likely you only saw the result of playing as one team but did not see the sweat and blood they put for weeks and months to reach to this high level of performance.
