Course Overview

This Achieving Supervisory Excellence training course has been designed to develop supervisory-level personnel’s competency by equipping them with the knowledge, skills and understanding to achieve Supervisory Excellence in their respective disciplines. The participants will learn about utilising management and leadership techniques to identify risks, problem solve, delegate, communicate effectively, develop themselves and others, control their team and work environment, and create a climate and culture for improved performance. It is an important development for supervisors operating and working in any industry.

After the training course, the participants will learn to:

Training Methodology
